I needed something that required no installation, no screws or anything that ruins my walls or doors, the Iron Gym was simply the answer, it only took 5 minutes to assemble the Bar and then voila I was doing my usual pull ups, chin ups and crunches at home, and the price you can't beat that!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was a little worried that it might not fit in my doorway, but it fit fine and and the bar feels sturdy enough. I hope my doorframe is sturdy enough. It has been so far. I guess time will tell. I listened to other amazon reviewers and did not screw the bolts too tight(they said you might strip the plastic) and I measured how thick my wall/door frame is (they said it would work best for 5.5-6in). Be careful, as this will not work in all types of doorways. If this bar was made out of metal, I would give it 5 stars. I think it's plastic, but I guess thats why it is only 30 bucks...
