Customer Rating: Summary: Do not use if you are a male! Comment: I'm not a big self tanner to begin with, but I purchased this product to use as an alternative of sitting out in the sun. While it does give you a VERY natural looking tan, it does come at a price. First, don't apply this in the morning thinking you can just go out about your business an hour later. This stuff is incredibly sticky and also goes on very, very dark. In time it fades to its natural color but that won't happen until the next day, so don't apply this if you have something going on later that night. Secondly, also a plus and a minus, one coat is all you need. No multiple applications are required and I was amazed at how tan my skin was the next day. However, this also comes at a price. Any spots you miss will stand out like night to day. Also, if you don't wash your hands well enough expect to have the dirtiest looking hands imaginable.
Now these might be non issues for some, and I must compliment the product on the fact that it does last a good while. However, my biggest issue was apparent a few days into using it. And that is, "you can't use this if you are male". This is because the first time you shave your face all of the tanner will be scrapped off your face do to the fact that shaving is essentially exfoliating the skin. After shaving you WILL look like a clown.
Its hard to rip too much into this sunless tanner since these issues are apparent in every tanner out there. If you use sunless tanners successfully than I highly recommend this product. If you are new to use tanners I would suggest using a cheaper product first in order to test how well your daily activities will effect the lotion. If you have problems with the cheaper tanners don't expect this more expensive tanner to be any different. Needless to say, after about a month of using this product, trying different variations to keep a good "tan", I gave up and stopped using it. I have relatively fair skin, so it is really hard to find something that looks natural because I don't really naturally tan. This product is easy to use because it has a tinted color to help you apply it (don't be scared of the initial wierd color). I already look shades darker and it looks completely natural. I was skeptical at first because of the price, but I promise it is worth the money. Customer Rating: Summary: A wonderful product Comment: For years I have used copertone endless summer, but I cant seem to find it in stores and since i use Bare Escentuals make up I thought id try this.....The first day I got it, I used it and within 2 hours I could see color. It goes on a greenish color which looks yucky but goes away when you start to rub it in. It smells of a sweet almond scent which I like. There are no streaks and its not a visible line of where my plae skin starts and where the color starts...it looks to blend in flawlessly. I definatly recommend.
